Communication conditions

﹒ ✦ English is not my native language – I use a translator, which is important to keep in mind during our conversation. To help me understand you better, please use complete words instead of abbreviations. If it is convenient for you, you can translate your messages into my native language to simplify my work.

Working with models

﹒ ✦ I work with models from games: Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero and Wuthering Waves. If using a particular model becomes impossible, you will have to make adjustments to your idea. Such problems may occur with newly released characters/animals/NPCs, so please check in advance;﹒ ✦ I can also work with your models/characters. You will need to provide them in .blend, .fbx, or .pmx format. The mandatory requirements are a high-quality skeleton ꒰rig꒱ and a well-developed set of emotions. I always begin by inspecting the model to prepare everything in advance and ensure it is workable.

Publication rights

﹒ ✦ I retain the copyright to the finished illustration, my signature remains on the work;﹒ ✦ When publishing the illustration on social media/portfolio, a «Commissioned work» watermark will be applied. The customer's nickname/name remains anonymous;﹒ ✦ Commercial use is discussed separately, the price is negotiated with me;﹒ ✦ Personal use is allowed. You may: share the final result with others/on social media, use the illustration for profile/banner images, use it to create merch for personal purposes ꒰including printed products for yourself, friends, and family꒱;﹒ ✦ Publication of images of unfinished works, as well as intermediate results of their execution ꒰including canceled orders꒱ is prohibited. Independent completion of illustrations or transferring them to third parties for finalization is not allowed. I retain the rights to my materials related to canceled orders and have the right to use them at my discretion;﹒ ✦ To further protect your order from unauthorized copying by data collection algorithms for AI and from image theft, it is strongly recommended to refrain from publishing the illustration in high resolution and without watermarks in the public domain of the Internet.

The work process

﹒ ✦ If I don't respond immediately, it may mean that I am busy with other orders. I reply as I complete previous work;﹒ ✦ I may refuse to cooperate with you without giving a reason. In particular, a decision may be made in the case of an empty or dubious profile, as well as in the event of rudeness, inappropriate or intrusive behavior, harassment, inability to have a constructive dialogue, or in the event of a prolonged absence of any communication from the customer;﹒ ✦ The completion time ranges from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 10 days, depending on my current workload;﹒ ✦ After agreeing on the details and receiving payment, I begin work. An intermediate result is provided to the customer at the rendering stage to assess the posing, emotions, and background choice. At this stage, edits are allowed within reasonable limits. The final work may differ slightly from the intermediate version: background adjustments, addition of compositional elements, effects, and lighting are possible;﹒ ✦ Upon completion of the work on the order, the image is provided to the customer in .JPG or .PNG format ꒰the file type is determined by the image size, but you can ask to send it in your desired format꒱. The transfer is done via direct file or a link to Google Drive. The storage period for files on Google Drive is limited to 30 days from the date of sending to the customer;﹒ ✦ All canceled/completed works are final, and refunds are not provided.

Payment

Payment for the order in two stages is allowed: 50% prepayment to start the work and 50% after the intermediate result is provided. This option is possible if it is not possible to pay the full amount at once.

Payment methods

﹒ ✦ Payment is made to Sberbank via card number, with a receipt provided ꒰if we are working with you for the first time꒱;﹒ ✦ For customers outside the Russian Federation or those without access to Sberbank, payment is accepted via the Hipolink platform. This is due to restrictions imposed on the Russian Federation by international payment systems ꒰including PayPal꒱. A platform service fee of +17% will be added to the final price of the illustration.Please do not waste your time searching for payment alternatives on your own or shift this task onto me. I can only use the methods listed higher: they are reliable, proven, and guaranteed to work for international transfers. Check in advance and make sure that you will be able to make the payment. If you do not have the opportunity to deposit money through the suggested websites, you can ask your friends or find intermediaries.

Requirements

I ask you to provide a complete and well-formulated description of your idea in one message – this will help avoid the need to piece together information from messages during the dialogue. If you don't have a ready-made idea, and during the correspondence I will often have to think it through with you ꒰or if you change requirements along the way꒱, the cost of services may be increased due to consulting services, at my discretion.If you prefer to fully entrust me with the development of both the concept idea and the background, an additional fee will be provided for this. Details can be found in the additions section.

You are required to:

﹒ ✦ Providing a description, reference, or sketch of your idea ꒰don't be shy about your drawing skills, there will be no judgment from me꒱. The more details provided, the better;﹒ ✦ If you want an illustration with a character that has multiple skin options, please specify which one you want to use. Otherwise, the skin that is most suitable for the work will be used;﹒ ✦ The background you would like to see in the illustration. I do not use 3D scenes and take screenshots directly from the game. You can suggest your own option by specifying a location on the map for shooting, or send its high-quality version as a file;﹒ ✦ Desired aspect ratio for the illustration: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 ꒰or you can leave it at my discretion꒱.
